In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding your booking, please read following terms and conditions of La Kordun – Vintage Event Catering

La Kordun – Vintage Event Catering takes all Health & Safety concerns very seriously conforming to all current legislation. We have a fully documented Health & Safety and Food Safety System in place. We are fully trained in food hygiene, fire safety, gas safety, manual handling & first aid.
We hold Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificates.
We’re fully registered by local authorities (Reading Borough Council).
We hold 5 million Public Liability Insurance, employers and products liability insurance.
Transport & parking might be at additional cost. Prices may vary based on availability & season.
Bank holidays, Christmas & New Year bookings are subject to additional costs.

Payments terms:

All bookings are provisional until the receipt of your 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If however, the date of your function changes we will do our utmost to accommodate your new date but with no obligation.

The 50% outstanding balance will be due two weeks prior to the event and La Kordun have the right to cancel the booking if the full amount is not forthcoming seven days prior to the date.

Some of our equipment surfaces becomes extremely hot while cooking. La Kordun accept no responsibility for any injury to persons or damage to property incurred while using or handling the equipment, however caused.
